Community Coloring Book | Anacostia Murals Fest ‘25
The Anacostia Murals Fest '25 was made possible through the organizing efforts of Capital Hill Boys Club, bringing vibrant public art into the heart of Washington, DC’s Ward 8.
The Anacostia Murals Fest Community Coloring Book is a hands-on way to engage with public art beyond the wall. It features original black-and-white line art contributed by 10 of the nearly 75 muralists who participated in the festival.
As a participating festival muralist, I volunteered my time to help make this project possible — coordinating a way for fellow muralists to share both their work and their reflections on what community means to them.
Some of the festival’s murals honor local heroes. Others share messages of hope, pride, and healing. Now, with this coloring book, anyone can join that story by downloading this free, accessible resource and adding their own colors, creativity, and identity.
I hope this book reminds you that you are never alone — that you are part of something bigger. Your community is stronger because you’re in it. You belong here.

Empowerment Activity Pages | Forever Fearless Exhibition & Fundraiser presented by
Our Daughters’ Futures Fund
As an artist in the inaugural Washington, DC cohort of the Forever Fearless exhibition, I created these free activity sheets to spark creativity, confidence, and reflection—especially for young visitors to the exhibition space.
The set includes:
Two coloring pages inspired by the statues in the exhibit
A word search filled with powerful, affirming words
A drawing prompt: “Draw yourself when you’re feeling fearless and brave!”
These sheets are meant to spark imagination and reflection—for girls, women, and anyone who needs a reminder of their own strength. Whether you're coloring alongside a young person or revisiting your own fearless voice, you're encouraged to connect with the themes of the exhibition: courage, empowerment, and creating brighter and more supported futures.
